Bethlehem Blast Awards
Players' Player Award
- One award is to be presented annually to one player on each Blast team (exception: no individual awards for Mite U6 cross-ice teams)
- All active players, regardless of position or skill level, are eligible
- To be selected by the active players from each team, as well as the Head Coach and active assistant coaches, in addition to one of the following: Director of Hockey Operations, ACE Coordinator, and Head of Coaches, using the prescribed method of having each player select three (3) nominees ranked one through three (one being the first choice). The cumulative scores are to be totalled and formulated by the Head Coach of the team. First place = 3 points, second place = 2 points, and third place = 1 point.
- The player with the highest overall score will be the award winner. In the case of a tie, the player with the most first place votes will be the award winner.
- The criteria shall be as follows:

- Is an example in games and practices for other players to follow;
- Is enthusiastic in the locker room and on the ice;
- Treats all of their teammates equally;
- Helps with players new to the Club, younger players, and first year players;
- Has respect for teammates and coaches; and,
- Is the player everyone wants to be around.
The 2007-08 season nomination and selection process must be completed and submitted by March 14, 2008
