The application/selection process:
1) Completed applications due by March 15, 2009 (postmark)
2) Candidates under consideration to be notified of selection for interview
3) Coaching interviews for Head Coaches will be completed by April 4, 2009.
4) Interviews will be conducted by representatives from the BETHLEHEM BLAST Hockey Operations department.
5) Interviews will consist of a 15 - 30 minute meeting where all candidates will be asked the same questions.
6) All notes will be captured on an interview script sheet.
7) Where possible, 2009 - 2010 team Head Coaches will be named on or before April 6, 2009 (Midgets) and May 1 (all other ages).
