New Executive Board Members!
At the Annual General Membership Meeting held April 22, 2009 the following members were elected to the BLAST Executive Board:

Sandy and Mark are current Board members. Sandy has been the V.P., External Affairs, and Mark was most recently the Special Events Coordinator. Wendy is new to the Board, but has been a Team Manager for the past two seasons. Please welcome them to their new positions of leadership.

UNIFORM FITTING & ORDERING DATES

Players will be notified when uniforms are ready for pick up.
Anyone needing uniform components who did not place an order before June 21 should contact the Players Choice Pro Shop for instructions, prices, and timing.
New BLAST players must come to the Players Choice Pro Shop at the Steel Ice Center during one of these sessions to get fitted and to order your BLAST uniforms for the 2009-10 season. Game jersey numbers will be assigned by the BLAST prior to the first fitting/ordering date.
Returning BLAST players who need new uniforms should also come to one of the above sessions to place their orders.
All uniform orders are placed directly through the Players Choice Pro Shop.
Full uniform package includes: home and away game jerseys, home and away game socks, game shell and warm up suit. Package cost is approximately $300. Payment in full is required by the pro shop at time of order.

All Players should now register themselves for the 2009-10 season with USA Hockey. Effective May 1, 2009 online registration is available

The Blast does not include USA Hockey registration in our player fees and we do not register players with USA Hockey.
All players are required to show proof of current season (2009-10) USA Hockey registration before they can be rostered.
Players who will be Bantams or younger for the 2009-10 season: please obtain your USA Hockey player registration prior to the start of evaluations, and bring the bar code confirmation page with you when you register/evaluate with the Blast.
Midget-aged or Girls players who have already evaluated: please provide a copy of your USA Hockey registration confirmation for 2009-10 to the Blast registrar at jenduca2@aol.com
The fee is $40 which includes $30 for the USA Hockey player registration which is valid from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, plus a $10 affiliate charge for The Atlantic District (AAHA). You can pay online with a credit card at the USA Hockey web site by clicking the link above.

Registration fee is non-refundable and is credited towards your season fees once you are placed on a BLAST roster.
